The matboard was lined up perfectly around my diploma, with no odd gaps or uneven spots. It looks really good on the wall. I’d say it’s worth considering if you want something clean and simple.

I’ve had my diploma frame hanging up for about three years now, and it’s still in good shape. I haven’t noticed any real fading, and overall it still looks nice on the wall. One corner has gotten just a little loose, but it’s minor and doesn’t bother me...

I ordered a frame from universityframes.com, the tracking was solid from start to finish. It updated once the package shipped, and the delivery date ended up being right on target, which made the whole process feel easy and reassuring.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that one of the updates seemed to lag a bit, so I wasn’t completely sure where the package was for a short time. Still, it arrived when expected, looked great, and I’m happy with how everything turned out.

Got my frame and the engraving came out exactly how I entered it, name degree and date all looked right. no weird spacing or mistakes or anything, so yeah I’m happy with it

I did end up having a small issue with the backing. It wasn’t a disaster, but I contacted support and they asked me to send photos. They did take care of it, but it took a few days to hear back, so I was definitely wondering for a bit if I was getting brushed off.
In the end, the warranty turned out to be real and they fixed the problem. I’m taking off one star because the replies were slower than I would’ve liked, but overall I’d still order from them again.

I was pleasantly surprised that the frame came with all the wall hardware I needed. It only took me about 10 minutes to get it up, and it looks nice and straight on the wall. Really solid little setup.

I ordered a frame and checked the return policy before buying because I wasn’t totally sure the size would work. The policy was easy to find and easy to understand, so no complaints there. I didn’t end up having to return it, but it was nice to know what I’d need to do if I did. My only real complaint is the timing info felt a little vague. Like, it explained the steps, but I kept wishing it said more about how long each part would take. That timing detail was the one thing that kept bugging me, honestly. Took off one star for that.
